With an abundance of programming – including tumbling, fitness classes, badminton leagues, yoga and more – and dozens of regularly scheduled Open Gym hours for the public, the gymnasium caters to all ages and interests.
Open 7 days a week, the gymnasium’s high-school regulation-sized basketball court is outfitted with 2 basketball hoops, volleyball and badminton nets, tumbling mats, balls for all sports, and even a batting cage and pitching machine, and is used around-the-clock by walkers, runners, basketball enthusiasts, the Montauk School, Body Tech Health and Fitness, the Montauk Child Care Center and many others.
